By now there is a need to enable your stats to be trackable again because Activision made changes so your stats are private by default.
You can change it in 2 ways:
Option 1
1. Open your Call of Duty companion App on your mobile phone.
2. Click on "Notifications and Privacy"
3. Scroll down and choose "EVERYONE" in "Allow my stats and gameplay data to be viewable by"
Option 2
1. Log In into your account here - https://s.activision.com/activision/login
2. Enter your profile settings here - https://s.activision.com/activision/profile
3. Change your privacy options in "Searchable" and "Data Visible" on "ALL".
4. If it is already set to "ALL" then set it to "None" and change it back to "ALL" so it can properly update
Now your account should be trackable (you might need to wait for few minutes to apply the changes).
We STRONGLY RECOMMEND to use your BATTLE.NET ID or Console ID but not Activision ID because for now, it might have issues.
This creates a lot of problems to track cheaters because their profile is set by default so you can not have any stats about them. It is really sad that instead of important improves Activision chooses to close such functionality and now cheaters are more safe and undetectable. BUT we can see the ways how still to be able to detect them so you will be able to use this feature in the same comfort way but it will take some time to be fully working. It might take a few days up to a week for us to make such changes
